Cancellation, Rescheduling & No‑Show Policy

I understand that life can change unexpectedly, and I aim to be as flexible and compassionate as possible, while also honouring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session.

Minimum Notice Period

If you need to change your appointment time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. All rescheduling is subject to availability.

Astrology Readings

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Due to the significant preparation, chart analysis, and energetic work completed prior to your appointment, astrology readings are non‑refundable. Appointment time may be changed with reasonable notice prior to your appointment.

PLR and LBL Sessions (In‑Person)

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your session and covers preparation time. Appointment time may be changed with reasonable notice prior to your appointment. The deposit is not refundable, but transferrable to a different appointment time, subject to availability.

PLR and LBL Sessions (Online)

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Online PLR and LBL sessions are refundable when at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the session, less a $50 fee to cover preparation time. Once the session has commenced or has been delivered, no refunds are available. Appointment time may be changed with reasonable notice prior to your appointment, subject to availability.

Spiritual Counselling (Online)

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Counselling sessions are refundable when at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the session, less a $20 fee to cover preparation time. Once the session has commenced or has been delivered, no refunds are available. Appointment time may be changed with reasonable notice prior to your appointment, subject to availability.

No‑Show Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the appointment will be considered a no‑show, and the session fee or deposit will be forfeited.
Sessions that are missed or partially attended are considered delivered and are not eligible for a refund.

I understand that genuine emergencies can arise and appreciate open communication wherever possible. Missed appointments prevent this time from being offered to another client, and your understanding is sincerely appreciated.
